How to Request a Return

As we do not currently have an automated returns system, please contact us by email to initiate a return.

Please include the following information in your email:

• Your full name

• Order number

• Item(s) you wish to return

• Reason for return

We will review your request and provide return instructions if approved.

Refunds

Once your return is received in its original packaging and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within a reasonable timeframe.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items may not be eligible for return due to hygiene or safety reasons. These will be clearly stated on the product page where applicable.

Shipping Costs

• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect

• Original shipping costs are non-refundable

Late or Missing Returns

Any return requests made after 14 calendar days from delivery will not be accepted.
