All orders are processed within 1–2 working days (excluding weekends and bank holidays).

Orders placed after 3pm may be processed the next working day.

You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.

Estimated delivery time is 2–4 working days after dispatch.

Please note delivery times are estimates and may vary during busy periods.

Standard delivery does not include tracking.

If you require tracked shipping, please contact us before placing your order.

Once your order has been dispatched, we are not responsible for delays caused by the courier or unforeseen circumstances.
