Returns

We hope you love your purchase, but if you’re not completely satisfied, you may return your item within 14 days of receiving your order.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused

  • Items must be in original condition

  • Items must be returned in original packaging

  • Items must not show signs of wear, washing, or damage

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

 

 

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

We recommend using a tracked service, as we are not responsible for items lost in transit.

 

 

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be processed to your original payment method

  • Please allow 5–10 working days for funds to appear, depending on your bank

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is faulty.

 

 

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue.

We will arrange a replacement or full refund.
